PRE-ORDERS

Selected items are available on a limited pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page.

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

As all pre-order pieces are made in limited quantities, dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally vary.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

RCHKDS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and associated fees.
