SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days unless stated otherwise.

Pre-order items: Please allow 3–6 weeks for dispatch. While we always aim to ship sooner where possible, timelines may vary depending on production, demand and order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional time during drops, restocks, holidays or high-demand periods.

RCHKDS is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
  • Courier delays outside of our control
  • Lost, stolen or delayed parcels after dispatch

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • General wear &tear
  • Misuse or accidental damage

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rchkds.com including:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the fault

If your item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Items damaged through normal wear, improper washing, misuse or accidental damage will not be considered faulty.

LIMITED DROPS

RCHKDS releases products in limited quantities. Once sold out, products may not be restocked.
